How to Book Oakwood Farmhouse?

1. 50% Advance at time of booking and balance at time of check inn.
2. Refundable security of Rs.10000 to be paid at the time of check inn.
3. Check inn time is 2.30 PM and check out time is 11.30 AM.
4. Smoking and food not allowed in the rooms.
5. Every guest must provide original photo ID at the time of check inn.
6. Banquet party hall is not included in the package, If you required banquet then charges are extra.
7. If you need breakfast n other meals then that to be booked separately with extra cost on minimum 2 days advance notice only.
8. Incase of any illegal activity at oakwood farms by the guest then we have the rights to cancel the booking and evacuate the guest from the property at any time without any refund.
